We host small, relaxed tastings led by a British-Greek sommelier, where Greek wine is shared the way it should be. Each list is curated with intention — independent, sustainability-minded producers working with indigenous grape varieties. Expressive wines made to be enjoyed, not over-explained.

Many of these producers are reviving and protecting ancient varieties through thoughtful farming and careful winemaking.
