Hi, I’m Valentina your Greek wine guide, storyteller and warmest welcome to the table.

Before creating Greek Wine Collective, I spent more than 13 years working across hospitality, luxury events, wine bars and Michelin-starred restaurants in both the UK, Europe and Greece. Along the way, I learned that the most memorable wine experiences are never only about what is poured into the glass.

I’ll guide you through a carefully curated selection of Greek wines in a way that feels relaxed, engaging and completely tailored to you.

Glass by glass, we’ll travel through Greece’s remarkable landscapes, indigenous grape varieties and independent producers—sharing the stories, traditions and flavours that make its wine culture so special.

Whether you’re celebrating with friends, hosting an intimate dinner or creating something unforgettable for your guests, every detail will be thoughtfully designed around your occasion.
